1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NearbyDukan (website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering & Payments

• All prices listed on the platform are set by independent local sellers and include applicable taxes.
• Payments can be completed online via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Order cancellations are allowed prior to merchant dispatch.

3. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect products according to our Return Policy. Perishable items (fresh dairy, vegetables) must be reported within 24 hours.

4. Seller & Buyer Responsibilities

NearbyDukan operates as a multi-vendor marketplace connecting customers with third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for product quality, inventory accuracy, and merchant compliance.
